Giving Young Talent The Opportunity To Shine
The ICAAL Academy is open to those looking to further their experience in Graphic Design, Social Media Marketing, SEO Copywriting, or Email Marketing.
We like to give our students first-hand experience of what it is like to work within Digital Marketing so during your time with us, you will be assisting us with real client briefs.
We always try to give our students as much varied work as possible however, it often depends on the type of projects we have at the time of the placement.

What will my hours be?
You will be gaining work experience with us Monday – Friday from 9:30am – 5:00pm with an hour’s lunch break.
Can I Do More Than 5 Days Experience?
Depending on availability, we can offer 10 days work experience to those wanting a longer placement.
What should I bring with me?
Just yourself! If you have a laptop it would be beneficial to bring it, especially if you are doing graphic design experience with us
What should I wear?
We operate a smart-casual dress code during the week with ‘casual Fridays’.
A Typical Day of Work Experience
Being a fast-paced digital marketing agency with a range of clients means that no two days are the same. You will arrive at the office for 9:30am before working on various projects until 5:30pm with an hour’s lunch to take a break.
You will be working with a friendly and open team which means you get full support here at ICAAL. We also encourage questions to help you learn and make the most of your time here.
