The vision was to build a site that was bright, dynamic and engaging, all while delivering articulate, informative content to the user. The latter was important for emphasising the experience that backed the Callidus brand.
As a result, we redeveloped their ‘Help Desk’ and populated each individual content rich page with several hundred words of optimised, technically accurate written content.
These were supported by high resolution photo and video assets Callidus’ own libraries, something which again sets them apart from the competition and lends a unique feel to their website.
Beyond this, the site was also designed to generate hot leads from various sectors. A user journey was created that incorporated strategic calls to action, with bespoke lead generation forms developed to maximise conversions. An API was also set up with their Zoho CRM so they could manage these ICAAL leads in a pre-existing dashboard.
Since launch, Callidus have been running highly successful SEO and PPC campaigns through a dedicated Account Manager here at ICAAL.
