The Brief

Having built the Emplas site in 2019 and the T&K Home Improvements site in 2021, we took on the Ecostar project last year. All part of the same larger company, what separated Ecostar from the other two was that they operated in and around Victoria, Australia.

Working with a business in a different country and on the other side of the world posed unique challenges for the team at ICAAL, but after the successful campaigns on the other two sites, the client had total confidence we would deliver to the same high standards.

Careful consideration was taken with regards to both the imagery and written content, both of which had to be suited to the Australian market.

The Rebuild

The backbone of the new website was the design. ICAAL worked closely with the client to produce something that not only suited a different target market, but also accurately reflected Ecostar’s status as the premium home renovations specialist in the region.

Brand colours and high quality imagery were strategically implemented alongside well-placed calls to action, creating a structured user journey that promoted lead generation.

When a homeowner was ready to enquire, the Ecostar website was complete with options to suit all. We configured our online quoting tool to run on Australian dollars, integrated a bespoke contact form and made the client’s landline number easily accessible.

Extensive, geo-specific keyword research was conducted to ensure that the site was fully optimised, while a bespoke WordPress CMS was used to ensure the live site is easily updated.  This includes making it straightforward to refresh offers and showroom locations; both of which Ecostar rotate regularly.

With the site live, ICAAL have been working on an expert SEO campaign. This has allowed for steady improvement
