The most essential element of a project like Jewel’s was the frontend design. It needed to be refreshed, dynamic and engaging, all without being too sharp a contrast to the existing site. It was important we maintained the brand identity that the site would have established over the years prior to this redevelopment.
The new site featured an increased use of imagery, iconography and brand colours, which collectively worked to deliver a strategic user journey engineered towards lead generation.
This critical user journey also influenced the decision to include a mega menu that directed the homeowner towards their chosen product easily.
While the vast majority of the existing, high ranking copy was migrated over, it was displayed in a sleeker, more modern fashion that made it easier for users to digest on any device.
The imagery, videos, brochures and other media were also given a refresh as part of the site build. With an updated, easier to use WordPress CMS, both the client and our SEO team are able to make updates quicker and with less hassle.
With all of our existing hard work migrated over, the SEO campaign has continued to thrive, with the client incredibly happy with the finished product also.
It was one of our largest website launches in 2022 and is one we love to show off.
