The Brief

To mark 50 years of Sternfenster, the team at ICAAL were thrilled at the prospect of not only rebuilding the site for our long term partners, but also implementing innovative tools and bespoke landing pages to boost engagement and convert more leads.

In order to achieve this, ICAAL was set the task of rebuilding the site to include a trade and homeowner split, allowing different journeys based on sector. SEO optimised content was an integral part of this split with clear CTAs and an improved navigation structure.

As part of the build, a bespoke 50 years landing page was created with a captivating spin the wheel campaign with prize giveaways for trade customers.

The Rebuild

ICAAL understands the need for a smooth transition when launching a refreshed website. On this basis, we worked with Sternfenster to launch a new and refreshed home page ahead of the full relaunch.

The team then worked collaboratively with Sternfenster to create bespoke blocks designed to encourage engagement and boost time on the site.

This included a tabbed content block that allows users to see internal and external colours on their desired frame as well as glazing options available. Not only that, but our developers also incorporated Sternfenster’s pre-existing CGI showroom onto product pages to give the viewers a better understanding of the products available.

To help with lead generation, ICAAL used sector specific CTAs to direct traffic toward dynamic and engaging lead forms, including the ‘find an installer’ form, which allows homeowners to locate their nearest Sternfenster Approved Installers.

Additional tools, such as the Energy Savings Calculator by Deceuninck, were also incorporated to boost lead numbers.

Sternfenster’s extensive asset bank of images and videos has been added to the site to increase activity and keep users on the site for longer.

Ahead of launch, the SEO team conducted a thorough auditing process to ensure the smooth launch of a site with over 60 pages and 300 news posts.
