The Brief

To make remote selling simple in the face of adversity caused by the Pandemic.

In March 2020, when the first lockdown was announced, remote selling became a crucial necessity for installers overnight. This was a new and daunting prospect for many. In order to help customers trade through those unprecedented times Ultraframe and ICAAL joined forces to create a solution that would help them win remotely.  The Lockdown Toolkit was created to maximise conversion opportunities through online tools such as quoting engines, virtual chat bot assistants and more.

The Concept

Working closely with Ultraframe, we defined and created a range of remote selling tools that were simple to use and delivered real results.

The Lockdown toolkit was then launched to help customers generate and capture leads online. The toolkit included online virtual appointment booking forms and CRM lead management systems that increase conversions and enable remote sales.
