We’re at the end of another year, and what a year it’s been! 2021 has had its challenges, but we’ve managed to stay strong, and worked on some really exciting projects throughout 2021. This year has had many highs for us at ICAAL, including awards, celebrations, new staff and more! Take a look at our video for some of our highlights of our year!
Award Nominees
Among this year’s wonderful achievements, ICAAL was NFA nominated! We consider it an incredible honour to have been nominated for the National Fenestration Awards. We couldn’t have done it without our incredible staff who have worked so hard to ensure that we offer our clients the best service available.
Speaking of which, ICAAL has continued to expand at an impressive rate! We now have over 50 staff, and we’ve expanded our content, graphics, SEO, and development teams. Which is maybe why…
We were also G21 nominated! Members of ICAAL staff from key departments attended the black-tie event in style. We really appreciate the nomination, and are very grateful for the high standards and consistent hard work from our staff that leads to this kind of recognition.
New Directors
ICAAL is so proud to announce that Keren Keyworth, our Head of SEO, and Matt Pickles, our Head of Digital, have both been made Directors at ICAAL. After years of solid service and dedication, we know that they will bring that same commitment and diligence to their new roles.
Celebrations
For the first time in a year, we were able to have a social gathering this summer. ICAAL hosted a barbecue where our staff could come together for a much-deserved social event. Matt Pickles was crowned Grillmaster General, barbecuing hot dogs and burgers aplenty for our hungry team!
One of the highlights of our Autumn was watching the crew dress up for Halloween. Many went above and beyond, bringing out incredible outfits like Cruella De Ville and Ali G. Take a look at some of the best costumes below, and follow our Instagram for regular company updates.
We managed to get in our last hurrah this year with Christmas Jumper Day. The ICAAL team showed enough Christmas spirit to make mothers everywhere proud!
