ICAAL began working with Bergson & Eaton in 2021 when they approached us for a bespoke new website. It needed to perfect encapsulate the company’s value proposition, while being intelligently built to ensure the best possible search engine performance.
The website needed to have a high end feel, reflecting Bergson & Eaton’s status as the most experienced and reliable installer in their coverage area. Having been founded in 1972, they had established a reputation with their brand, and it was imperative this was maintained on the new site to ensure a familiarity with existing customers.
With our expertise in web development and in the home improvement sector, the client knew we could be relied upon to deliver what they needed.
The Concept
To ensure a seamless transition from the old to the new, ICAAL’s website developers worked closely with the client to ensure their specifications were understood. The two key hallmarks of the bespoke design were imagery and colour. High resolution assets greet the user on each content rich page, invoking an emotive response that encourages the user to convert.
White space was utilised heavily throughout the site. This gave it a high end and contemporary feel and ensured it didn’t appear too crowded. The greens synonymous with the company’s branding were strategically implemented to maintain the brand identity they had developed over the last 50 years.
The new website was developed in-house and built into a bespoke WordPress CMS. This makes the site flexible and easy to update. Optimised copy-written content was easily tweaked to the client’s preferences. Fresh content can now be added month on month as part of one of our highly recommended SEO campaigns.
The new site was developed to be the perfect catalyst for higher quality leads. Cleverly implemented calls to action and our user friendly online quoting engine help achieve that.
